FECAL /Anal Abscess
An anorectal(Anus and rectum) abscess is a collection fo pus that builds up in the rectum and anus. Anorectal abscess can be caused by a blocked gland, an infection of anal fissure and a sexually transmitted infection. Patients with abscess usually have a painful lump around the anus, discharge of pus from or around anus, fever, constipation and pain with bowel movements.
